Over the last few years we’ve had the privilege of providing wonderfully remodeled houses to families throughout Kansas City. We’re a local, family owned business who has a real desire to see Kansas City continue as a fantastic place to raise a family, work and play.
Our main focus is to provide remodeled homes to people who are struggling with “less than perfect” credit. That’s why we developed the Choose to Own Program, a Rent to Own system that gives the buyer more choice over where they live and what is remodeled in the home.
