Jim Macchi, CEO - Jim's business background includes 32 years of business experience including sales and marketing for E. I. Dupont de Nemours, managing citrus assets, mergers and acquisition and purchase, development, and marketing and sales of raw land in Central Florida. Since 1991, he has focused on developing real estate, repositioning former citrus land located in Central Florida for both residential and commercial use.

Florida is one of the fastest growing states in the Union with some of the strictest governmental regulations being applied to land development. As a result, developing land can be one of the most difficult industries to navigate yet one of the most rewarding.

Jim's "hands on" experience in real estate development in the Florida market has given him the professional skills necessary to navigate the many facets of the foreclosure process.

Jim is married to Pam; they have two married sons, five grandchildren and live in Raymore, MO.
